Once your order is confirmed by our sales person, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch.
For  detailed pieces, the process may take up to 3 weeks as each design is carefully crafted to perfection.

International Orders
After your order is confirmed, please allow 3–4 weeks for dispatch.
Shipping Charges: Calculated according to your delivery location.
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply in their respective countries.

Kindly note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
