Exchange & Return Policy

At Octobŕ, each outfit is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. We take pride in the quality of our pieces and want you to feel your best in them. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges under certain conditions.

 

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

The outfit is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

The exchange request is due to one of the following:
• Wrong size or color received
• Any genuine fault in stitching or fabric

How to Apply for an Exchange

1. Send us an email at byoctobr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

2. Once our team reviews your request, we’ll share the return details.

3. After receiving and checking the returned item, we’ll process your exchange.

 

Please Note

All shipping charges for exchanges will be paid by the customer.

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, you can choose another piece from our collection.

Color Disclaimer

Our team works to ensure that product images reflect true colors. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.
These minor changes do not qualify for an exchange or refund.

Alteration Service

We offer a paid alteration service for small adjustments:

Fee: PKR 3,000/-

Advance: 50% required before processing

Customers cover all courier charges related to alterations.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
